Delivery

Dear customers,

We are reopening our online store amid the Russian invasion of Ukraine with an urge to support our business and help the Ukrainian economy at this time.

The delivery time during martial law is:

• International delivery: 6–12 business days, €50
• Ukraine: 2–5 working days, free delivery

The production of the order will take 10–12 working days.

We will donate 10% of each order to the Ukrainian Army. Thank you for your support!

Free delivery on orders over 1000 EUR.

We do not deliver to Russia and Belarus.

We will send you a tracking number in the shipping notification email once your order is ready for dispatch.

Please note that we use external shipping services and any delays occurring on their side are the responsibility of the shipping company.

Taxes & Duties

Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at checkout. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.
