Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on full-price items within 14 days of delivery.

Please note: Discounted items and customized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original paper tags remain attached
  • The plastic security seal attached to the garment has not been removed
  • The 14-day return period after delivery has not expired

Please note: Items with the plastic security seal removed are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact Customer Care

Please contact our Customer Care team and inform us which item you would like to return or exchange.

Our team will confirm your request and provide further instructions. You can also contact us here.

2. Prepare Your Return Shipment

Inside your parcel you will find an envelope containing your return label.

To proceed with the return:

  • Use the provided return label
  • Print a copy of your passport and attach it to the return documents
  • Contact your local DHL office to arrange a courier collection

Please hand the return label and passport copy to the DHL courier together with the parcel at the time of collection.

3. Send Us the Tracking Number

Once the parcel has been collected, please send us the tracking number so we can monitor the shipment and expect the return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 2–3 weeks for the return to be processed.

After the refund has been issued, the transaction may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
