Top and trousers cut from pure silk, light enough to carry almost no weight on the body. The yellow is soft and pale, closer to butter than to citrus, and warms rather than brightens against the skin. The fabric moves instead of draping, and takes the light differently as it does. It is the one piece in Resort '27 that crosses the whole day — over swimwear at noon, on its own at dinner.

How delicate is the silk?: Very. This is a lightweight pure silk chosen for the way it moves, and it will snag on jewellery, rough seating or velcro. Dry clean only, and store it folded rather than hung.
Where can it be worn?: It is deliberately versatile — over a swimsuit at the beach, through town during the day, and on its own for dinner or an occasion.
Is it made to order?: Made to order in Europe. Each piece is cut after you order it, so nothing is held in stock and nothing is discarded. Allow 10-12 working days.
